Today I made roasted quails stuffed with fig & prosciutto, served with boiled potatoes, roasted peppers and Fortex beans.

I finally have my new tajine seasoned and ready to go. Since its my first time using a tajine I am starting with an easy beef and root vegetable tajine. I will make a tomato, thyme, and zucchini bulgur salad to go with it.
Tonight I am making penne with sausage and pumpkin sauce. It's a Rachel ray recipe but I started using the breakfast sausage in the tube the last 2 times I've made it and we like it better in this dish versus Italian sausage plus it doesn't have fennel seeds and hubby can have this type of sausage. I will serve steamed fresh green beans with it.
Trying a recipe from the Recipe forum here, Man Pleasing Chicken along with roasted potatoes and steamed veggies. More brown butter chocolate chip cookies for dessert.
i am doing a meatloaf. I was going to make burger patties stuffed with onions and mushrooms but think spoiled brat would rather have meatloaf. At least that is the plan. To go with whichever is rice, fruit salad and a veggie.
