Tonight I am steaming two-2 pound lobsters, shrimp cocktail. Not sure what else and for dessert I am making an apple burrito and serving it with vanilla ice cream.

I'm grilling a couple of Rib Eye bone in steaks, baked potato, salad, steamed broccoli with a cheese sauce, toasted on the grill French bread, and red wine. Appetizer is boiled shrimp and fried calamari with a cocktail sauce I made. For dessert vanilla bean ice cream with a homemade dark coffee chocolate sauce.
YaY! its valentines day and I forgot to take steaks out of the freezer and refuse to go out into the other freezer (-20 something with windchill outside) so its going to be something with chicken.
Beer and probably red wine to accompany because I also don't seem to have any white wine in the house either.

LOL! My dinner is going to be something made with ground beef or delivery. There's a really pretty good sushi place a couple of miles from here. They don't deliver, so I'll have to pick up. It's not terribly cold, but it's snowing.
