Elaborate family dinner tonight - baked chicken drumsticks, cheese, potato and sausage casserole and our all-time favorite --- the classic potato salad. No meal is complete without it.

I'm still eating the lentil soup I made with the hambone left over from Christmas. It's one of the best soups I make and it's better after it's been in the fridge a couple of days. I've always wondered how many days in a row I could eat this, but I run out of soup long before I run out of desire to eat it.
