Wednesday menu: I know I'm early but we're celebrating DS birthday. We're having clams in white wine with Portuguese sausage for appetizer with crusty bread for dipping, paella for main course, Sangria with fresh fruit. For dessert I ordered from Ludger's Bavarian bakery a marble cake filled with raspberry filling and frosted with fudge icing per his request.
Reading these threads has been making me hungry, but I don't have any flour to make gravy so I'm going to make spaghetti- with sauce, and a bit of mayonnaise on top.
I'm going to make a pork blade steak with mashed potatoes and GRAVY!!
