I'm doing leftover stir fry tonight since I'll be working late. I have a left over steak from Outback Steakhouse in the fridge and a bag of fresh baby bok choi I bought on Sunday. I'll cut the steak into small thin strips, marinate with wine and a bit of soy sauce and let it sit while I clean the baby bok choi, then stir fry them together with a clove of garlic. Served with white rice.

Wish I had time to bake elaborate pie for dessert, but, haagen daz ice cream from the freezer most likely ..

am at a loss for what to have. We have had pork this week, spaghetti, and chicken. I guess I can take something out of the freezer; maybe ground beef? But I try and only have beef once a week and we already had it in our spaghetti sause. We have also had chicken. I was going to have tacos, but we are going to granddaughters on Sunday and she is having a taco bar. Oh well, I am sure I will think of something. If not, maybe I will just serve a bunch of wine to spoiled brat and let him think I am putting him on a liquid diet.

Breakfast for dinner--eggs and toast? Sometimes I just open the fridge and stare into it several times, willing something appetizing to appear and inspire me.

That sounds like such a perfect meal and no easy feat during the working week. I usually make my meat gravy on Saturday night so we can have it for dinner on Sunday. I haven't made braciole in ages.
