Cajun boudin with caramelized onions and something green, and I'll probably add a little cream to make a simple sauce and serve it over rice

We're just throwing chicken and hot links on the grill. I made a huge antipasto salad last night, lemon cupcakes and a pitcher of lemonade gin fizzes (which I need to have real soon).

It was a kitchen sink dinner..
Had left over fajitas and sausage, so instead of tacos...
Chopped them up and made fajita and sausage cheese nachos with guacamole and a Arroz.
Now the fridge is void of left overs.

Today is our 57th anniversary, Instead of going out we have decided to just stay home and have a special dinner. We are grilling beutifull New York stirps, from Fresh market: I will do twice baked potatoes and I a letting spoiled brat decide between grilled asparagus and spinach salad.

We didn't end up having dinner last night, our little party (all couples from church) knew it was our anniversary so bought us wine and a couple other surprises and we (7 of us) managed to consume 6 and 1/2 bottles of wne in abou 2 and 1/2 hours. No, we are not alcoholics, just good Lutherans. I think we had fun.
