If I have my way, clams steamed in white wine and butter, corn on the cob, garlic bread. Depends on if the store has fresh clams. *keeping fingers crossed*

Unstuffed peppers tonight in the crock pot, served with mashed potatoes. The girls are going to the OU game Saturday then onto Eureka Springs so they've asked me to make these tonight.

My mom's retirement started this week and I'm making her a special dinner tonight since she will be gone for the long weekend:

Tenderloin Steak Diane
Snow Peas and Mushrooms
Blue Cheese & Bacon-Stuffed baked Potatoes
Coconut-Pecan German Chocolate Pie
I'm leaving the wine choice to my husband and I'm fighting the temptation to cut a little sliver out of the pie!

Rachel Ray made Coney dogs today and they looked so fabulous that we're having them too. Hotdogs with chili, cheese, onions and toasted buns.
