Angel hair pasta with tuna, broccoli, mushrooms and carrots in a cream sauce. It was delicious!

Last night - nachos. Tonight - roasted chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, and spring vegetables. I had a little fried chicken liver & onions prior, since my chicken had more than its fair share of livers! Gave most of the liver to my in-laws. FIL was thrilled.
