Marinating tonight a pork tenderloin to make 'red' cooked pork tomorrow night with kimchi fried rice.

The sauce is a pork sauce, I bought some pork cubes for stew and browned them, the sauce is simmering on the stove for about 1 hour now.

Dinner's been pretty simple the last few days. I was supposed to have surgery yesterday, and ended up not getting it because I was getting sick. Now I have horse pill antibiotics to get through before I can reschedule.

Tonight, likely soup again.

Tonight I am making shoyu chicken, sticky rice and peas. Keeping it nice and simple tonight.

*forget it, I am way too tired to cook and my husband doesn't feel like cooking either. I'm calling for delivery.

It's cold but we're grilling out. Thick ribeyes, corn on the cob, baked potatoes, mixed greens salad and yeast rolls. Cheesecake for dessert and sweet iced tea to drink.
