I'll be making carne guisada tacos. The kids will probably get hot dogs.

We're having Thai shrimp cakes with a sweet chili sauce, French fries, a black bean salad with corn and cilantro tossed with a chili-lime vinaigrette and fudge brownie cookies for dessert.

I'm thawing out a pork roast so I'm trying to think of something to do with it for tomorrow's supper.

I'm making sticky chicken which is a Jamie Oliver recipe. Instead of potatoes I'm going to use gnocchi.

As its pancake day (Shrove Tuesday) I will be making crepes for dessert served with lemon and sugar.

I'll probably have a glass of wine as I'm giving up alcohol for lent

Homemade thick hamburgers with bacon, mushrooms and toppings for DH. I'll just have bacon, mushrooms, onions and mustard.

DH will have oven-baked fries, I will have yesterday's leftover veggie rice. I never get tired of that!

A strawberry nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 slices of multigrain bread with strawberry preserves and a mug of tea with a teaspoon of sugar & a bit of non fat milk.

spaghetti with a marinara sauce cooked with large shrimp, shell on. Haven't had in years but needed a change.

Shrimp must be on the brain as i just noticed SXM had scampi! Enjoy!
