I am making beer batter fried shrimp first time, saute'd green beans with garlic and oil.

Homemade pork bbq, and the same leftover sides we've had the past two nights - pasta salad and baked beans. Plus, cole slaw.

A blackberry nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 toasted slices of whole grain/wheat bread with marionberry jam and a mug of black tea with a teaspoon of sugar.

Thought I'd check back in real quick to let you know what is for dinner tonight, since I know NOBODY would be getting any sleep tonight until I spilled the beans.

Gino's East frozen cheese pizza. Just put it in the oven. I love having a grocery store on my way home from, well, pretty much EVERYWHERE.

I've got some grilled salmon going on with a zucchini/squash mixture.

The shrimp was delicious. Could have been crispier but still good and I made a homemade sweet and sour sauce.
