Must be chicken leg quarter day all over. We had roasted leg quarters, baked potatoes, and green beans. Breyer's Heath ice cream for dessert.

We had a mish-mash. CaliItalianese. California style veggies, Italian ravioli's with cheese and Chinese egg rolls.

I took advantage of waking up at 4 am and made a meatloaf which is cooking now and smells amazing! Will have that tonight with mashed potatoes and baby peas with butter.

I have a pork tenderloin marinating in lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. I will bake it up, slice it and make sandwiches on French bread. The sandwiches have sliced goat cheese, arugula and mayonnaise (and I will dip into my Duke 's stash I brought home from Georgia) with the pork. I love these sandwiches, so yummy!

I don't know that they always carry it, but I got Duke's mayo at Aldi. There's one in your state, but no idea how close to you.

That's some good mayo.

smoking some pork ribs and beef ribs, but the weather is going to turn soon, so i'll finish them in the oven once they've got a little smoke & bark on 'em. Will have them over the course of the weekend here and there.

Got a great deal on a ham yesterday so will be sticking it on the grill in about an hour. We are having left over mashed potatoes and cauliflower, green beans, partly from the garden, partly from Aldi's and fruit salad.

Thanks! The Aldi's is maybe 35 minutes or so from me and I must pass 30+ grocery stores on the way. I did go once and loved it. I will check next time I am down that way but I hope I would have noticed when I went last time.
I can get it from Amazon but I hate paying their price for it.

I just realized I almost forgot that fig jam goes on the sandwich too. I better go check my fridge!
