Tonight we are grilling up a couple filet mignons for me and the kids, a porterhouse for the husband. I am making a cucumber, arugula, kalamata and mint salad to go with.

Kid misunderstood 1 pound of corned beef for 3 pounds...eek. So I found a recipe for corned beef casserole. I changed it a bit to using cream of onion, milk, cheese and a pound of the corned beef along with some onions. Smells really yummy right now as it bakes.
Have yeasty rolls alongside. Tiramisu cups for dessert upon request.
