We went grocery shopping after the gym tonight. Too tired to cook, so we had cottage cheese.

Sunday: baked chicken breasts in mushroom gravy, twice baked potatoes stuffed with bacon and cheese, fresh spinach.

Center cut, bone-in pork chops rubbed in olive oil, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder, browned and slow cooked in marinara sauce with cremini mushrooms, onions and green peppers, angel hair pasta and a side of Italian style vegetables.

BBQ ribs in the slow cooker- baked last half hour to caramelize sauce
homefries
celery and carrot sticks with blue cheese dip
Pepperidge Farms 3 layer coconut cake- on sale--yippee!
decaf ice tea
