I had a craving for tofu = stir fry. Lots of tofu, lots of vegetables (broccoli, bok choy, bell pepper, green and yellow onion, mushrooms, carrots, celery, ginger, Serrano pepper, cilantro and asparagus) and a little bit of chicken served over Jasmine rice.

Similar here - big salad with balsamic vinaigrette, no soup, just a chunk of cheese and a yogurt after.
Was at a local Publix and saw they had American Kobe Style ground beef. Picked up some to make burgers with sauteed onions/mushrooms. Will serve tomato/avocado salad alongside with oven fries.
Sliced, pan fried sausages, shell macaroni w/tomatoes and Ro-tel, candied yams and a salad.
