Tuesday: homemade turkey Swiss mushroom burgers served on whole wheat hamburger rolls with sliced red onion and spinach salad. Fresh strawberries with lite cool whip for dessert.
Didn't have the pork last night. Instead had tacos with lean beef and I had whole wheat tortillas and a small portion of Mexican rice. Tonight it's cucumbers, hard boiled egg, protein bar-I work tonight.
Huge salad with homemade vinaigrette and topped with grilled sriracha shrimp. Unsweetened iced tea to drink. Chocolate chip cookies and rice pudding for dessert.
