Crab/Shrimp bake with fresh yeast rolls. Buttered lime/chile spiced ears of corn.
This got changed as kids ate the crab for lunch. ...so it turned into shrimp enchiladas in green sauce. Served emerald lime rice and veggies alongside.
I am keeping it simple: have a bridge luncheon so not much time to get creative. I am using some left over beef, cook some egg noodles, use pakaged gravy mix, yep, packaged and a little taco sauce. I guess it is a version of beef and noodles. I will also make a big green salad as we have a fridge filled with greens.
3 toasted slices of 12 grain bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry preserves and a mug of tea with a teaspoon of sugar and a bit of nonfat milk.
