Homemade tacos served with whole wheat tortillas, sour cream, shredded cheddar and jasmine rice on the side. I found this taco seasoning mix in a big jar for $3.00 at a local market with very little sodium. I like the seasoning mix because it's very versatile. I plan to season chicken with it soon.
A strawberry nonfat Greek yogurt, a whole wheat pita with healthy-style margarine & strawberry, a toasted slice of whole grain/wheat bread with strawberry spread and a mug of green tea with a teaspoon of sugar.
