Last night, I did the salmon and brown rice thing again...with a glass of red wine.
I have a half marathon Saturday, so I'm thinking I'll get pho tonight (after yoga) and then my boyfriend is making us quinoa pasta with a homemade vodka sauce (most likely) tomorrow, so I'm carbed up.
Okay, we are finally using up the remaining seafood from the last two nights: I'm mixing the crab and shrimp (scallops have all been eaten) with the remainder of the garden salad and making a lemon garlic vinaigrette, toasting the rest of the Italian loaf with a little garlic/chive butter and crumbing the apple tarts in a parfait glass and topping them with ice cream and ground almonds.
Beef stroganoff with egg noodles. I added diced carrots to make it a one pot meal.
