I've looked at the jar in my fridge....I've looked at the grocery....I've even had a few bartenders show me their jars.....none have the offending ingredient.
My impression is much ado about nothing, unless someone sits down and eats a whole jar of them at one sitting. The FDA will normally err on the side of caution.
