Poor Hydrox was the O.G., Nabisco (National Biscuit Company) was the copy-cat, and now OREO gets all the fame!

And Keebler bought out Sunshine Biscuit which made Hydrox. It was discontinued in 1999, according to Wikipedia, and brought back in 2008 for its centennial. I think its gone again. Sunshine also made the original Vienna Fingers.

Thirty or forty years ago at best, maybe longer. Oreos have zero appeal for me.
