Honestly don't know how many - but I really want good selections - the Open House will run 11:00a-3p might knock out the tea sandwich and the ham and cheese sandwich and one of the salads.

Honestly it sounds good but a little slanted towards TEX-MEX. I'd add something like cold fried chicken. I like to offer two meat choices, or even a veggie lasangna. Maybe stick with one or two apps.

Sounds wonderful! You might want to include some grapes or other fruit for the dieters.

Maybe a plain fruit salad? Especially if it's hot there. Otherwise, it looks really good!

The only thing I don't see that I normally gravitate towards is a veggie tray with ranch dressing, or a wing tray with bleu cheese.
