It's still dairy, but if dairy is causing your stomach upset, it's a good idea to determine exactly what in the dairy is causing the problem. I would suggest consulting with a doctor so s/he can help you through the proper way to do an elimination diet and find the appropriate answers.
Gluten-free breakfast? What I had this morning as green Thai curry with eggplant and roasted turkey, served over brown rice with Thai sweet chili sauce.
Yesterday I ate scrambled eggs with chorizo, green onions, and aged cheddar cheese. You could do that without cheese if you want dairy-free.
The day before that I had a peanut butter pie with gluten-free brownie crust. That one is also not dairy-free; it has cream cheese in it.
Day before that, a slice of roast beef rolled up around a sweet pickle with a dab of mayonaise.
Day before that, gluten-free oats cooked into oatmeal with some dried cranberries, a couple of drops of vanilla, brown sugar, and butter. I eat it without milk and you could use margarine instead of butter. Add a few diced pecans to make it more interesting.
Oats are all gluten-free, but they are harvested and processed with the same machinery as wheat, so they can get cross contaminated. That's why you have to buy "gluten-free" oats. I make my own granola with gluten free oats and a lot less sugar than the commercial stuff has in it.
Meat, fruit, and vegetables are all gluten free. Many grains are gluten free. Much of the dairy is gluten free. It's not like there is nothing available to eat.
