My stomach has been making tons of noise so I'm going to try going dairy/gluten free. Help me get ideas for breakfast before I go to class (so nothing gassy please).

For lunch I'll just get a salad, I guess.

Go with oatmeal or some other grain (like quinoa or quinoa flakes) and fruit. I like the quinoa though because it has protein, which is important in the AM.

I would suggest eliminating gluten and dairy separately so you can determine what you are sensitive to. Try four weeks gluten free and then re-introduce it to see if you react. If you don't, then gluten isn't the culprit. Repeat the same with dairy.

If you go with oatmeal, be aware that not all oatmeal is GF. I frequently have eggs, and also keep Kind Bars on hand. I also have turkey sausage and plain Greek yogurt with fresh or thawed frozen (unsweetened) fruit (for when your focus isn't on going DF)

For lunch, I frequently get brown rice burrito bowls or lettuce-wrapped sub sandwiches.

Certified gluten free porridge oats, and make it with water instead of milk. Other porridge grains are good too, like buckwheat. Or a fry-up is nice too, bacon and eggs and fried tomatoes.

Greek yogurt has the lactose strained out, so should be OK.

Lactose isn't always the source of people's dairy sensitivities. Casein is also something to consider.
