Just a simple, doctored up frozen pizza. We will be watching the election returns and don't want to get stuck in the kitchen cleaning up from a big meal.

A major snowstorm coming our way starting this afternoon right through the night and tomorrow we will shovel ourselves with neighbors out. This March certainly is coming in like a lion
Comfort food is in order for such an occasion. Spaghetti with ground meat and tomato sauce,1/2 a garlic dinner bun for each,a spinach salad in balsam vinaigrette and a glass of red wine. Later a glass of Glühwein /red mulled wine and a cinnamon cookie.

So jealous of your weather! It's been a too warm, too dry winter here. We have been trying our best to get skiing in but conditions are not so great. We could really use your snowstorm!! Oh and your spaghetti dinner sounds really good right now.

Just an easy dinner for us tonight. Cooking up some Italian sausage with apples. I plan on making roasted potato slices too.

We have a couple of Chicken Fried Steaks in the freezer, so I guess we'll have those with mashed potatoes, gravy and lima beans.

I'm on a thick spaghetti kick. Same thing as last night - marinara-pesto with fresh Asiago. Skipped the Girl Scout cookies yesterday but might indulge today - they have big lemon shortbread cookies now. Crappy but ok, if YKWIM
