Tonight is meatloaf, stewed potatoes, broccoli mac and cheese, mini corn on the cob and green beans. Mmm..mmm...that's some good eatin'!

Nice day here and slow cooked some baby back ribs on the grill with sweet baby rays sauce..and threw on a few burgers later.

Salad and green beans on the side.

I never heard of stewed potatoes and had to look it up. I will have to try this. Do you thicken yours? I wonder how it would be with red potatoes.
