Last night's tomato salad-tomatoes, basil and Portuguese hot peppers from my garden-raw garlic and fresh mozzarella from the store. I tossed it with a simple homemade balsamic vingerette.

And the lamb meatballs with a cumin lemon yogurt sauce and Syrian bread. Sorry all my photos keep loading sideways. I can not figure out how to fix it!

Tonight will be farfalle pasta with sausage and tomatoes in a cream sauce.

magicshark, your tomato salad looks awesome!

Tonight I'm going with my standby dinner for when I can't think of anything else. Salmon, roasted sweet potatoes, and either a spinach salad or fresh green beans, depending on how the beans look.

ETA: Scratch the sides. I decided to try making a roasted sweet potato salad with black beans.

I haven't had crispy fried pork chops in awhile and I have a craving for one, so tonight we're having fried pork chops, cheesy bacon hasselback potatoes, Italian roasted mushrooms and vegetables and pineapple coconut smoothies for dessert.
