A spaghetti pie made from spaghetti squash, spinach, and marinara sauce topped with finely chopped walnuts. It's a family favorite. I grew up in the Midwest, where spaghetti pie is a heart attack on a plate, but this version is light and packed with vegetables. We eat it fairly frequently, and the leftovers will reheat beautifully for school and work lunches.
What kind? Chicken? Beef? Tell me!! I have had a hankerin for some pot pie, and as the weather is going to suck in a few days, that would make a perfect dinner! Spill it, pickle! Spill it!
