I don't have a set menu this week so I don't know for sure, but I do know I am making sourkraut salad. The weather here is like late spring, a good day for grilling, but I am also thinking fish.

Crock pot vegetable/potato soup, bake-at-home sprouted wheat bread off the grill with bacon wrapped chicken breast , apples slices, onion rings as sandwiches.

No stove until Monday.

Kebabs with red bell papers, onion, bacon, chicken, pineapple with couscous and a big salad.

Since we're seeing a 6:30 movie at the local dine-in theater, I think we may just eat there. Their burgers aren't bad at all.

Yeah, so last night I had two Maine lobster tails, sourdough bread with butter, and salad.
Chocolate cheesecake for dessert.

Tonight, it will be homemade chicken pot pie!

Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone. The pizza was amazing as usual!

Tonight is a pork tenderloin marinated in lemon juice and garlic, roasted beets and oven roasted potato slices.

sauerkraut salad is in fridge, we are grilling brats, jalapenos, bells and mushrooms. I might also cook rice or some side dish. BTW, sourkraut salad is easy to make, a favorite of many and lasts for days in the fridge.
