Farfalle pasta in a cream, sausage and fresh basil sauce. Maybe I will throw in some fresh tomatoes too.

We are having shrimp pasta that we were going to have last night. When I shopped yesterday they had a 12 oz rib eye marked down for quick sale from about $12 to just over $5.00. I couldn't resist. So now it is pasta night.

In the wee dark hours of this morning, it was another salad. Romaine, garlic, Italian seasoning, lemon pepper, anchovy paste, avocado, sardines, canned tomatoes, feta cheese, Parmesan, sunflower seeds, croutons, olives.

Tonight's probably going to depend a bit on how MIL does; she's really out of it today (dementia) and fell once already.

My plan is nebulous, to begin with, so meh. Maybe zoodles and a nice marinara. We got strawberries at the Amish roadside stand we like yesterday, so they will be for dessert.

Blessings for caring for your MIL. My ex MIL just passed a few weeks ago after having dementia since 1994. She was 92. Cared for at home by her husband also 92. Remember to take care of you too. As much as we love them, it's draining on the caregivers as well.
