We tried a fairly new local British pub, I had a Stilton burger with chips, and a pint of Boddington's cream ale. My wife had steak and mushroom pie with salad. Very good, we'll be back.

I miss Roundtable pizza.

Dinner tonight was tuna salad on white with potato chips. I make mine with a 2 to 1 ratio of albacore to pink tuna plus chopped pickles and celery and mayo.

Tonight's dinner:

Pork, eggplant, and squash stir-fry
Jasmine rice with mukamame beans
Flan with a caramel sauce

I was trying to use up the pork tenderloin that I bought a few weeks ago. I am pretty tired of the roasted pork tenderloin. Maybe I will make some green chili next.

Looks like we are having roast pork loin that I thought was pork shoulder. I was all set to put the rub on my pork shoulder and spoiled brat was going to smoke it for hours. Then I looked at the package again, and I have taken out a pork loin from the freezer instead of the pork shoulder. We will have fruit salad plus a veggie. I am heading to the farmers market in a few hours to see what they have today.

Broccoli rabe, orecchiette and sausage. I'll make some focaccia, too if I get motivated enough.
