Exactly. Good advice.

I'm making the hoisin meatballs that were posted on this thread a couple of days ago. I'm taking them to an appetizer party so they will be part of my dinner. Haven't tasted them yet but they smell great!

I went to Pikes Place Market yesterday afternoon and went a little crazy buying seafood. So tonight we're having:

Seafood spaghetti with a spicy red sauce (loaded with mussels, shrimp, scallops, clams and calamari)
homemade soft Italian bread sticks and a garden salad, a couple of bottles of Malbec; and
Cherry Pie Cookies for dessert

OMG, does that sound good. Now I'm embarrassed to say what we're having...

..thawed out leftover Doritos casserole, but I might strain myself to shred some lettuce and dice a tomato to go with it.

Thanks, guys.

Just to make my day that bit more miserable, I got into a fender bender on the way back from taking FIL to his daily entertainment. Broke in the new car, sigh.

Dinner is ... I'm not sure I am eating dinner tonight. I'm looking for a good cave to hide in.

Well, we're going to be eating this for dinner tomorrow night too because I'm not cooking tomorrow! Enjoy your weekend.
