No clue! I'm searching the thread for idea. Thinking maybe the chickpea and shallot casserole that Sheena made last night. We love that dish, but I'll have to go to the store. No shallots or cottage cheese in the house.

I looked up this recipe and I think I'll try it later in the week. Tonight will be leftover pasta & mushroom bake with something green as a side.

I agree...I have gotten some wonderful dinner ideas from this thread

Tonight I will be cooking braised short ribs, brown rice mixed with green onions/mushrooms and a kale green/strawberry/pecan salad topped with a strawberry infused olive oil dressing.

Dessert will be pecan shortbread cookies and vanilla bean ice cream.

Tonight we're having bacon scallops with garlic butter sauce over risotto, mini corn-on the cob, yeast rolls and (this is the weird part), ginger ale ice cream floats for dessert.

Heavily salted fries with Sweet Baby Ray's to dunk them in. Husband picked up a nice big bag of Ore-Ida Fast Food Fries the other day - I just now found them in the freezer - he says I am a junk food Nancy Drew. I think he's just jealous...
