I made a breakfast bowl with farro, sweet potato, red pepper, spinach, shallot, garlic, and a poached egg. I came across the idea on-line while I was looking for ways to use up this past weekend's farmers market bounty. I have to say, it was very, very good. I will definitely make it again.

Made another farro and sweet potato breakfast bowl topped with a poached egg this morning. Just as delicious as yesterday, and it really carried me through the morning. No cravings for sweets at 10 a.m. I think I'm going to do this more often; however, I think my poached egg technique could use some work.
