I had something like brunch I guess, I waited until 11:00 and I was very hungry, so I made and ate quite a bit.
I had toasted cinnamon bread with cream cheese and honey, scrambled eggs with melty cheese, thin sliced honey ham (which I cooked, and put in with the eggs) and a sliced up Gala apple. And a cup of hot black tea, also with honey.
Oatmeal with cinnamon, sugar & skim milk together with a cup of dark chocolate almond milk
