Having skipping dinner last night, I started with a large mug of black tea with honey & cinnamon and then a vanilla flavored Greek yogurt. Now on to my regular oatmeal with a sprinkling of cinnamon, some sugar & skim milk together with a cup of dark chocolate almond milk.
