Breakfast was Bircher muesli with oats, flax, orange zest and juice, currants, apples, walnuts, pecans, maple syrup and almond milk. A mug of cold-brewed coffee to drink.
Cooked old fashioned oatmeal with dried blueberries, cinnamon and a touch of brown sugar. Half a bagel with veggie cream cheese and 2 mugs of coffee. I usually don't eat breakfast but will be traveling today and needed to get my stomach settled before taking off as well as have something filling.
