Something I never eat... 4 slices of soft, white bread loaded with 1/2" thick PB2 & 2 double espressos. Haven't had store bought, white bread since a kid... it was good.

Homemade spinach smoothie with a little plain yogurt, some blueberries, half an apple and grapes. That's been breakfast every morning for three months.

This morning stopped at IHOP prior to our shopping across town. I had the combo: slice turkey bacon, small piece of ham, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and 2 blue berry pancakes. Halved all that for a to-go Box (Sun or Mon breakfast fare), oj, and coffee.
