After TG weekend....and the need for the morning routine to get going, oatmeal with butter, brown sugar, and raisins; juice, milk, coffee, vitamins....and listening to the weather radio, something I haven't done for weeks.

Today was my 1st TGiving meal (got a frozen turkey for $4 a few days ago... no one could figure out how it rang up at that price, but the store honored the price) & since it was ready at b'kfast, I ate it for b'kfast.

Turkey breast slices, homemade stuffing, mashed potatoes/sweet potatoes, onion gravy & fresh green beans (the latter 2 were less than palatable).

Full stomach at 6am, I went back to bed.

Cooked-up some frozen salmon in the frying-pan.

Frozen tastes fine, but the texture is not as nice as fresh-fish that has never been frozen.
