A sliced pear and three egg and leek mini quiches. I bought a couple of boxes of them when I was at Ikea the other day. They're surprisingly good!

We split the last breakfast burrito, halved the grapefruit, couple mini cinnamon donuts, Juicy Juice - mango, and cup of hot tea.

Default Keto diet from thrill food

Hi everyone! I am on a Thrift Foods Keto diet and its working fine for me so far as I am losing weight and feeling healthy, but the only downside is that it's quite expensive! I was wondering if anyone here could help me get my keto diet groceries at a discount from a supermarket. It would be good if I could save some money while on a diet. Thanks, everyone!

Hey there,
I’ve been following the Keto Diet for over a month and I agree with you that it can get heavy on your pocket. But so far I have been lucky because my Costco Membership card comes in handy when I go grocery shopping. Costco offers plenty of discounts on Keto foods. Some of the regulars in my shopping cart are:
1. I usually get a 3 lb frozen salmon for $27.99
2. 1.5 lbs of organic green beans for $5.49
3. 3 lb of giant rice cauliflower for $7.99
4. Almonds are perfect for a healthy keto snack. You can get 3 lbs of almonds for $17.69
5. Include olives as a part of your diet. You can get 1.5 L of olives for $7.49
I would suggest you get a Costco membership card to save each month while on a diet. The card will be useful for many other things including discounts on other products and electronics. Good Luck!
