Yes, here too. Not bad. I know some will probably say a pain to unwrap all the ingedients but for some that don’t like onions/don’t feel like eating them that morning but want the other stuff, it’s a pretty good idea. DH will take onions and when I get close to finishing mine, I might let dogs have a lick.

Another morning of gardening planned, and because it's been rather warm lately, a hot breakfast wasn't on the agenda. So we had another smoothie. Today's was a Healthy Orange Smoothie, which contained almond milk, a pre-roasted sweet potato, 2 oranges, flax meal, tumeric, ginger, cinnamon, peanut butter, and frozen banana. These are so good and very satisfying.
