A favorite of mine, mushrooms & blue cheese. I saute the mushrooms, & add a bit of yogurt, to make it creamy. I had a garden squash to sue up, so today that went in. Once the veg are cooked, I add several spoons of crumbled blue cheese & lid it. Once it is melted, spoon into pita pockets. Had it with coleslaw & grapes.
