For lunch 6 spinach pierogies with browned butter and a red onion/tomato salad To drink lemon water and maybe later a peach.

I am having a lazy rainy day with the kids. I made one scrambled eggs and apple slices and the other pizza using Syrian bread as a crust. I made myself a tuna fish sandwich.

Egg salad sandwich with celery and onion, and lettuce, on whole grain bread. Sweet pickles.
