This isn't elegant but its FAST.

Drop a hamburger bun into the toaster.
While it's toasting grab three Trident Brand Ultimate Fish Sticks from COSTCO and nuke them on a plate for two minutes.
Slather one side of the toasted bun with mayo, tartar sauce, aioli or whatever you have, add the sticks and enjoy.

Here's mine:

Toast two slices of good multigrain or sprouted wheat bread.
Slice a ripe avocado and red onion and put inside the toast.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with chipotle Tabasco sauce.

Cottage cheese with salt,black pepper,caraway,chive or onions on a buttered bread and covered with sliced tomatoes and chive.To drink lemon water.

Deli turkey and ham rolled up in a romaine lettuce leaf with a cheese stick inside the whole thing.

Or a bowl of broccoli mixed with full fat cottage cheese, seasoned with pepper and dill.

Or 2-3 hardboiled eggs.

Fried bologna sandwich w/salt and vinegar Kettle potato chips. Add a 'Ding Dong' for dessert with grape Kool aid.

Every once in awhile you have to treat yourself to fine dining!
