I actually just picked some up the other day. I like to use truffle butter on steaks (it keeps great in the freezer), so I think the truffle salt should be good as well. I've also been on a popcorn kick recently, so I'll try it on that.

I was cruising around the 'net looking at various blogs that included articles truffle salt, and ran across one that pointed me to this site. The variety of salts, including NATURALLY flavored and smoked salts, is astounding!

Can never have too many different salts in my opinion. A lot of good posts here on uses for truffle salt. Truffles are delicate so it really should be used as a finishing salt.
