Just home from a trip.
Making Beef Bourguignon. I was going to make Julia Child's but the the recipe seems to have a lot of unnecessary steps, so I'm winging it.
Potato hash with some seared chicken kielbasa, tossed to wilt greens and herbs, pepperoncinis and a fried egg on top.
