I had some leftover chicken and rice, so I put it in the wok with a few other ingredients and made some fried rice.

I wasn't hungry, so had to force myself to eat today. Studying for state boards is exhausting me, so that happens... I'm a stress non-eater.

I'd planned on homemade meatballs & spaghetti sauce over whole wheat angel hair, but just decided on eating 1C of the meatballs & sauce with a lettuce/tomato salad. I even had a calorie deficit to squeeze in a calorie-laden IPA. Woo hoo!

He's only here for a few hours (he's home to stand up in a wedding of an old friend from HS and has too much to do before then so he's staying with a friend in the city and just stopping here for a little while which is fine considering I'm laid up the way I am) and that's ALL he wanted to eat.

Husband just got home from the store and is getting the steak ready now! I'm so excited!!!!!!
Hope you have a great visit

I made homemade chili.

I'm thinking I'll make a pork tenderloin over sauerkraut and mashed potatoes with a veg.

It's a busy day and evening, so I'm going to go to the Italian market and get a couple of slabs of lasagna.
