Tonight is pasta salad with rigatoni, Italian dressing, mucho veggies, Cajun sausage, Greek olives and fresh mozzarella with cream in the center, which I don't know the name of, but it starts with b. I should have bought the little bitesized buriatta, but I bought the big size, so it mixes with the Italian and makes a creamy dressing. Anyway, it's all good.
Well I had to do a switch around last night. We were going to have tomato/onion pie, but then I though about what we had for breakfast; we had bagels with cream cheese, tomatoes and onions. I decided we could only eat so many tomatoes and onions in one day. So, last night we had wonderful brats, grilled veggies and fruit salad. Oh, and I heated up a few pot stickers for a carb. Tonight, no matter what happens, I am having tomato pie and a wonderful green salad.
SO is almost his old self. My question "what do you feel like having for dinner" got a single word response - steak! So be it. Rib eye for him shrimp for me, big green salad with garden tomatoes and garlic toast.
