What's For Dinner Tonight -- 2017 (Oregon, mushrooms, freezer, shrimp)

BLTs, the first this summer. Went to the farmer's market yesterday and got some juicy deep red tomatoes.

tonight will be cod filet and steamed roma beans, plus a mix of chopped nectarines, cantaloupe & blueberries with whipped cream for dessert

Hubs is cooking tonight. I just peeked in the fridge when he went out and could see a large container of spinach, some raw chicken chunks in a yogurt sauce, tzaziki sauce, and what looks like a chickpea salad.

Just a burger and potato salad. Angel cake with berries.

I have a pork lion in the crockpot. & a couple of red potatoes. In foil packs, I put some baby carrots & sugar free marmalade in one & some garlic & leeks & marge in another. I have also made some fresh coleslaw.

Pan Seared Scallops with herbed butter, wild and brown rice, salad with field greens, tomato, red onion, and cucumbers with a white vinegar and oil dressing.
