grilled steak and grilled corn on the cob, plus a green salad. might as well enjoy the romaine while I still have some; it might be priced out of our budget befofore we know it.
Tonight will be an exact repeat of last night - Bolognese, pasta and sautéed zucchini & onions. Possibly tomorrow as well, but I won't do a three-peat post.
I so don't feel like shopping today. Instead I am just going to throw together a meal from what I have on hand. It's a little eclectic but here is tonight's meal. Tonight we are having steak two ways: Cajun-style with an apricot orange glaze and honey bourbon steak tips; smashed potatoes with cheese, green onions and sour cream; green beans with mushrooms and bacon; and hot fudge pudding cake for dessert.
